Week 5.

Here I have been working on a front cover. In order it goes from the first idea (which were more place holders than design) to the last one which is my final cover. I wanted my cover to speak to the contents but also have a different element that creates an eye catching and interesting brochure that makes you want to pick it up.

I have been using silhouettes through out my brochure and wanted that element to come through on the cover. The photo is one I took just out of the wellington harbour when the sun was setting I have enhanced the colouring in it though. I didn't want the title to be generic like the first covers. I like 'Fish Me' because it is a play on 'Pick Me'.
